eSIM FAQs

An eSIM is a chip that’s already embedded into your device, so you don’t need a physical SIM to use your plan. Once your plan is active on an eSIM, it functions the same way as it would on a physical SIM.

If you’re unable to scan the QR code, you can manually enter the details to download the eSIM profile.

Here are the steps to follow.

Apple devices
·        Go to Settings > Mobile > Add eSIM
·        Select: Enter details manually
·        Type in SM-DP Address, activation code and confirmation code from the emails we sent you
·        Press: Add Cellular Plan
Android devices
·        Go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Add eSIM
·        Select device (Phone)
·        Scan QR code and on the next screen press: Enter code instead
·        Type in SM-DP Address, activation code and confirmation code from the emails we sent you
·        Add plan to Phone

Unfortunately, you would not be able to use the Lebara eSIM for cellular data on your smart watch. We are working on enabling eSIM for smart watches and it will be available soon.
