How to recharge your prepaid service

You can recharge your Lebara Mobile service through MyLebara or through the Express Recharge.

You can also recharge using a Lebara recharge voucher, which can be purchased at 10,000 + outlets such as Coles and Woolworths nationwide. You can text your voucher number to 126 172, or you can call 126 123 from the number that you would like to recharge. Vouchers can also be recharged through MyLebara.

Auto Recharge

With Auto Recharge, when your current plan expires, your prepaid service will be automatically recharged with the same plan as your most recent recharge. Auto Recharge is available on our 30 Day, Long Expiry and Data Only Plans.

You can activate Auto Recharge through MyLebara. You can also deactivate Auto Recharge at any time through MyLebara.

You can pay for recharge with these credit cards:

  • American Express

Lebara Recharge FAQs

You can check your account balance by:

  • Sending an SMS to 126 172 and typing ‘bal’
  • Calling 126 123
  • Through MyLebara

If you don’t recharge for 120 days since the last time you recharged, your number will be disconnected and put into quarantine.

To recharge by SMS, text the following codes to 126 172. You’ll need sufficient main balance credit to recharge with these plans.
