Recharge Your Prepaid Plan

Lebara offers a range of value packed mobile prepaid plans, made to suit a variety of needs and lifestyles—and they’re easy to manage. To select the right plan for you, there are a few factors you can consider:

2. How much data do you use? Consider how much time you spend on email and web browsing: or maybe you need more data for gaming and streaming at an affordable rate.
3. Do you need to make international calls? Lebara offers international calls on all prepaid plans.

Activating your prepaid plan is easy! Do it:

• Via the Lebara app
• Online at lebara.com.au/activate
• By phone on 1300 126 122 with our customer-service team
• In store, at your local Lebara shop.

When you activate your plan online, enter your Lebara number and the last four digits of the ICCID number printed on your Lebara SIM starter pack. Remember to tick ‘PORT IN’ if you’d like to port your existing phone number.

From there, follow the prompts. Whether online, by phone or in store, you’ll need to provide your name, Australian residential address, email address and valid identification. Valid forms of ID include one of the following:

• Driver’s licence
• Medicare card
• Australian passport (or other international passport if you’re not an Australian resident)
• Immigration card.

Your SIM should now be active. If you require further assistance, feel free to call our customer service team on 1300 126 122.

There are a number of ways to recharge your prepaid plan:

• If you have downloaded the Lebara App, recharging your prepaid plan takes only seconds. You can top up your credit, plan, and roaming and choose optional add-ons. To recharge, tap on the ‘Recharge’ tab on the main menu, choose your plan and check out. Or click ‘Express Recharge’ if you just want to recharge your existing plan.
• If you want to recharge online, visit www.lebara.com.au/recharge and top up your plan using your debit or credit card.
• If you have a recharge voucher, you can use it to top up your plan. Purchase vouchers at more than 10,000 outlets across Australia, including Coles, Woolworths, Australia Post and Big W.

Recharge your plan from anywhere in the world; just log in to your MyLebara account and use your debit or credit card.

Yes! With Lebara prepaid plans, you can bring your own (BYO) phone number or choose a new one.

Porting your existing number to your Lebara SIM card is easy. Once you get your SIM, visit lebara.com.au/activate and tick ‘PORT IN’ when prompted.

You’ll receive a verification PIN by SMS on your existing mobile service to which you must reply using the same PIN. Ensure your service is active and has enough credit to reply to this verification SMS.
